What eats hair algae

My lawnmower ate all of it. But like anything it's up to the individual fish .

Sea Hare- but if you get one be prepared to give it back because they eat only algea. Once its gone they starve and they have toxins once they die

Certain crabs blueredscarletgreen legs , most tangs, a lot of diff blennies, certain snails astrea turbo mex turbo, certain sea slugs, urchins. list goes on.

How much algae? I've noticed in the past if it grows out to much Blue legs won't eat it.

Your hand. Just kidding, but I have found that is the best way to get rid of it if you have a ton. Focus more on what is causing the algae. What skimmer do you have, what other type of filtration do you have.

Unfortunately for me, my urchin uses hair algae as a hair-doo.

Fortunately for me, that's the highest concentration of hair algae in the tank
