What feed pump for reef octopus

I just picked up a reef octopus dnw 150 recirculating skimmer. Just curiuos to what feed pump I should use. Its going on my 120 that has about a 30g sump. According to the website it says to use something 1 1/2X the tank volume that makes it about a 225gph pump. Will a maxijet 900 work? What is evrybody else running. I know I could use a mag 2 but there is a huge cost difference.

When I had that skimmer I used a maxi 1200 to feed it with. It worked very well as far as I could tell. The only issue is that the maxijets are a lil easier to clog so just keep an eye on the strainer.

Thanks Jin, I happen to have a 1200 and a 900 laying around. I may give both a shot and compare.
