What happened to this little emerald crab?

I saw him last night struggling around the tank with this weird white fuzz on his legs. Today, he's rolling around the tank dead =( I've had him a while. The only other place I see this type of slime is near GSP that has been stung by an encroaching anemone.

Any clue what this is? Anything to worry about?

Well, update? I had one with some strange mucus on it. Then I watched it give birth to 5000 eggs one night. Wild...!
