So, I think some of my zoas died when I had that nudibranch thing last week... My water is kinda cloudy, and when I touch some of them they give off a small poof of something. I took the entire rock out.. Some of these guys haven't opened in about 4 days. Some of them are opening, but the majority are not. Some even have what looks to be a brown algea settling on them..

What should I do? Is the total rock lost now?

dip them in coral cure and see if you can qt them be careful they have polytoxins that if they get into your skin can get you sick and even kill a animal like a dog wear nitrile gloves

Dip and QT is the way to go. If you don't have a QT setup you can use a bucket and spare light if need be. But I don't think I would leave them in my display/sump system.
