Not dead, probably just a molt.

A dead crab wouldn't last 2 seconds in a reef tank... That's good eatin'

I could say it was a zombie crab...

But the others are correct, it's just a molt. Some other critter will come along and eat it.

Yup, after I posted that I went back and looked again. My kole swam by and the current pushed it closer to the edge of the tank and I gut a much better view. Didn't even think of a molt. Thanks guys. I appreciate the input.
