What is going on with my brain?

<span style="font-family: Verdana;">It used to puff-up like crazy. For the last 4 days It’s been shriveled. Everything else is looking good. All parms check out and I did a water 10% change yesterday. </span>

<span style="color: black;">I've got a yellow tang, black clown, coral beauty, PJ cardinal, lawnmower blenny and an engineer goby. Non of the fish are new. They all been living with the brain for at least 2-3 month.</span>

Brains in many systems start dieing out after a few months. Wellsophylias are notorious for this actually.

Do you feed it? What's your cal level?

Mine does the same thing from time to time. Not for sure why but I haven't noticed any water parameters that are creating these "deflations"!

I had him for about 3 month now. I feed my fish daily. I don'd feed him directly but "leftovers" from the fishes.
