What is it?

Was checking out things in my sump tonight and noticed about three of these things in the fuge. All seem to be coming out of a tube type thing. Have not noticed it in the DT. Can someone identify? thanks

Keith is right, the brown dot on a cell screen looked like Vermetid

Feather dusters (also called fan worms I think) as mentioned. They're harmless filter feeders. I have thousands in my sump.
