hehe.. Yeah, really. If you get the chance, upgrade to a 250w HQI and use a Aquamedic or Ushio 20kk with a good reflector. This will give you great color and pretty decent PAR. If the meantime, try a Hamilton 10kk with 420nm actinic flourescent supplementation. It's always worked well for me.
After trying a few bulbs, I really like the AB 10k (13k) bulb. The ushio 14k were just too "fake" blue for me, and the current bulbs were too "white". These are a crisp, blue white bulb with great par. They will last for over a year, too.
I have tried 20K XM, 20K Ushio, 14K Phoenix, 10K Coralview (SP), 20K Radium. If you want "Blue" I would go with 20K XM. If you want white with a good hint of blue go 14K Phoenix. Do you run actinics?
