What is the best food for sps?

I use to feed coral frenzy but someone told me that sps dont eat coral frenzy stuff so I ended up just dosing zooplankton and phytoplankton. I dont have the time to make my own food for them so I was wondering if anyone can give me tips or if coral frenzy works. Thank you.

I've used Reef Roids, Coral Frenzy and a product from Brine Shrimp Direct. Any of those have worked well for me in getting polyp extension, color and growth.

I blast my sps with reef roids on occasion they definitely react to it , its very small size

IDK which is better I'd imagine that there both about the same ingredients (dried ground pods and fish meal) and size but I don't use frenzy so I cant confidentially say.
I think really clean water and tang poop is probably the best coral food

This. The corals will eat poop and any food particles the fish don't eat.
