What is this?

I found this thing in my refugium crawling along the glass. It definately moves along by using the tenticles. It's about 2-2.5 inches long. What is it?

I'd venture a guess at a baby bobbit worm based on the front "mouth" area.

Either way, kill it!!!

Eunicid or bobbit worm. They can get very long, greater than 4', in a small aquarium and it does need to be removed.
 
Looks like a Medusa worm.

That's it exactly, Jenn. I guess it would've been OK if I had left it in the fuge...I never put it back in the tank thinking it was a bad, but it looks like they are particle feeders.
