it moves, but when I go to remove it, it solidifies to the rock and I cannot even get a fingernail under it...
 
good, it was upsetting me more because I would look at it, and it would not move...than Id go get the finance to see it, and it would be gone...it did that like 5 times, thanks for such a quick response.
 
Keyhole Limpet-algae eater-i have two of them, a little bigger than a nickel. No problems with them and my corals! I'm always watching for bad behavior.

yeah, thats a limpet, not a chiton. Feyholes are harmless. There are some that are predaory though.

Bah it has to be large enough to be worth eating :). Your fish are so fat and large I would eat them in a heartbeat. This thing though might be if it were larger. I love abalone and it looks similar enough...heh.
