What kind of pump would you guys recommend for this application?

I'm plumbing my display in with a frag tank and sump in the garage downstairs. I'd like a reliable and low heat pump that will can give me about 600 - 700 gph at 12 feet of head. There are so many options out there I'm a lil confuzzled.

Barb you know you're always welcome to drop by anytime . Let me know how the MD55 works for you. It's the quality japanese motor version i imagine?

the pan world pumps are really nice and realiable pumps (japanese motors!!!)

The sequence pumps are probably a little too powerful for you, although nice.
