I want/need to calibrate the temp probe on my ACJr, but I cant get my body temp thermometer to read that low. What type of thermometer is accurate enough to use that has a resolution of at least a tenth of a degree? Anyone have one I can borrow?

There's really no reason, even if it's 2 full degrees off. Stability is much more important than the exact temperature.

One easy thing you could do is make a glass of only crushed ice and water, and wait until it hits its coldest, and it'll be around 32.0 degrees. Granted, your probe is most likely designed for a higher range, but should be able to compensate 50 degrees apart from normal...

50-50 ice & water bath. Let sit 5 minutes. Stir. Put your therm in and it should read 32. The only other way is by using a thermocoupler for about 100.00 to 200.00 bucks.
