Well I was hoping that wouldn't be the case I will work on a better pic tom. My cameras just suck really bad

Doubtful.
It's obviously an acro, at least I think. My guess would be green slimer or starry night, the latter being my best guess.....
 
It just has crazy branching like a branch then it forms a mini shelf then the branches again. Really cool haven't gotten the color yet it is white and tan right now
 
My only reason for saying it's not that, is it's a pretty new coral, and most possessing it would know. The growth pattern in the pic is because the acro is receiving a lot of direct flow. It causes it to cluster and branch like it's doing in the pic.
 
My guess is elkhorn but can't really tell.
