What type of algae is this?

Just as the title says. It seems to be growing very good in my display tank where I rather it not be and its also growing in my fuge below.

What will eat it and keep it under control or obliterate it?

interesting.. and i don't do deliveries :D only to tiffany.. lol
 
I was going to suggest a kind of Codium but after googling Stacy's answer, I think she's got it.

Interesting looking macro - is it rubbery? If so, it may not be too palatable and make a good ornamental macro. Codium is rubbery and nothing eats it (that I've seen, anyway).

Jenn, not rubbery, just like paper, tears really easily and bunches up.

Ah then yes, herbivores would likely eat it. It's pretty though - would be nice in a seahorse tank.
