What wrong with mushroom?

Looks like elephant ear mushroom. Those get Huge in size. I’ve seen upto 6” in size.

I have 4 of them but I give to my father for one of them but 2 mushroom about 4 inch and other 2 mushroom over 6 inch

I don’t think this is an elephant ear mushroom. Nonetheless, I would agree that this species still gets up to 6” or so, as I have several that size.

The behavior you are seeing is a normal feeding response. Elephant ears are notorious for doing a similar to catch fish such as wrasses, but such behavior is possible but unlikely with other rhodactis like this one.
