What's going on with my Acans?

The mouth area of my acans started swelling up last night. The colored tissue was pushed aside by the swelling. Is this healthy or a sign of trouble?

Only changes were that I added Seachem Aquavitro FUEL to the tank the day before and increased the light output by about 5%.

Phosphates - 0
 
OK, I'll try feeding them tonight to see if they go back to normal

The tentacles are usually out each night, but I had not seen the pink mouth area expanded like that before. I do feed them mysis and a blend of other reef food directly, but it has been a couple weeks since I have done that.
 
they look healthy.. You'd only have cause for concern if they looked thin and skeletal...
 
Mine look like this also...I just feed mine and one of them is already putting out new heads. I target feed mine...they eat like pigs...I love mine!
