Looks like ich to me.

Foxfaces are neurotic and stress easily.

I wouldn't panic... maybe get some Metronidazole and Focus and spike their food. The ich is in your system, best thing you can do is keep it under control.

That's about all you can do, and watch and wait. Keep an eye out for any bullying. Have you changed anything lately? Aquascape etc.? They are so high-strung that anything can set them off.
