Where do you get your bulbs?

Now that I have T5 light up and running, where do you buy your bulbs...LFS? Online?

I want a purple...

Tim at Keen Reef usually has a nice selection of T5 bulbs in stock.

I know at least one sponsor carries the Fiji Purple bulbs, can't remember who, though.

I got mine online before I joined the club and knew about the sponsor stores.

Now you get to have fun trying endless combos of bulbs to get the color just right.

I think Tim has them, but Einsteins too...

I saw in another thread that Einsteins carries the Fiji purple. FWIW i replaced some actinic bulbs with the purple and i prefer the actinic look myself. Not sure if you get better par with the purple over actinic, maybe someone who knows will chime in on that.

I carry the full line of UVL and Giesemann T5 bulbs in 2', 3', & 4' They range from $20 to $30 depending on brand and color.

LFS for everything for me. They deserve our business a heck of a lot more than anyone else

I buy all my t5's from Tim at Keen. He has a great selection and and you can see most of the lamps running before you purchase them.
