I'm planning on building a sump and need to know where I can buy acrylic sheet in the metro area?

There is also a place in Acworth/Woodstock area where I bought the black acrylic,etc.... for my tank. You can call Woody over at Precision Custom Aquariums and he can tell you the name of it.

I'm not sure yet, I'm in the preliminary design phase and trying to figure out what I want and costs.
Thanks,
Steve

Don't know, but McMaster-Carr carries some of the types. They don't have 16, though. I bought mine at Saltwater City, so he may have more.

Might be too small for you, but i have a bunch of 1/4" pieces left over from a sump and overflow build that i don't have a use for. If you want to pick 'em up their yours. The pieces range in size from 8x8 to 14x10. Around 15 pieces all together.

I would love to have them! If nothing else they would be great to practice with. Do you ever make it to Marine Fish or any of the other LFS's in the Marietta area? If not I could still make it to Douglasville.
Thanks!

Thanks, I'll check it out. From reading the big thread on RC it looks like #4 is what I need.

Don't have any plans before next weekend to get up north. If you can wait a week I'll meet you somewhere next Saturday. If you want to come down here let me know, I'm home tomorrow and I'll PM my address.

I can wait, I'm still in the planning stages, so it'll be a little while before I need it. Thanks!

I'll PM you Thursday or Friday and we'll work out an LFS to meet at. I usually hit up Creation, Optimum and SWC on Saturdays.

Slightly related but not exactly the same, but, is there anywhere in Atlanta that sells PVC sheet? I had a very hard time finding anybody in Columbus that even knew what it was much less whether they sold it or not.

Is this the right stuff?
