where to buy T5 HO bulbs

Its time to replace the 12 T5HO bulbs. Online prices have a wide range. Which is a good reliable place to buy the bulbs from? Currently I have 6 10K & 6 actinic. Is this a good combination or should I add some other spectrum?

you MAY want to try fewer 10k and some ATI blue special and blue +. along with only a few actinics.

The reason I say this is the actinics have abysmal PAR compared to most other lamps...

the blue + are like a royal blue kind of .. and the blue + are a nice bluish white.. like a phoenix 14k.

a 5050 mix between the 2 actually wouldn't be bad if you like a deep 20k look..

if i were setting up a 12 lamp t5 cold I would go with this

3 x ge 6500k
3 x ATI Blue Special
5 x ATI Blue Plus
1 x UVL Aqua Sun

This would end up a 20k look and be some of the highest PAR offered in t5 lamps...

JMO :)

Edit: in line w what i said above about the actinic ratings... (for comparison only) the ATI actinic has a PAR of about 136 where as the Blue + = around 330 .

3 Aquablue special
3 Coral+
2 blue +
2 purple +
2 Actinic
