That cracks me up... last week I called Mcmaster-Carr looking for some, I remembered getting some from them in the past. Spend 10 mins. describing it, what it used for and pointing out that they sell other solvents. The guy swore they didn't have it and never carried it. I ended up placing an order with US Plastics.

No. It's designed to join acrylic with acrylic.
