White Egg substance on mushroom

Anyone have a idea what this would be on a mushroom and do I need to remove it.

Your yuma spilled its guts. You can use a baster or something and blow it away. Leaving it there with no flow can lead to a bacterial infection which can lead to death of the yuma.

Its seems to be attached. Should I scrape it off lightly. The turkey baster would not cut it.

You can if you want but I would suggest you just keep blowing daily until it detaches on its on. It may retract the intestines because they are still attached.

Another possibility could be that it is turning inside out.
