Who can unseal and reseal my tank?

I bought a 40G tank here a few months ago. The bulkheads are leaking. And covered in silicone. I can't get my hands down there to get the silicone up good enough and it's custom, so finding another tank has been hard.

Is there someone that can open it up, clear/fix the bulkheads in the return area and reseal it? Is that a thing? Or am I just SOL? My AIO is too small!! My corals need more space!!

Umm.. cut the silicon and peel it. Proper bulkheads do not need silicon to be water tight just the gaskets.

2nd this just use a razor to get the silicone off I'm in the process now it's just time consuming
