I have the bh1000 and love it. Good product. Id prob go with an aquamaxx between your two options.

I have used the aquamaxx on a 40 b before and that skimmer did amazing it pulled some nasty stuff for its size.

I have a Reef octopus on my 125 gallon that works great. And I am ready to sell it since I am shutting down that tank until the new house is ready
