i rearranged my live rock and found 3 of these worms in my tank. i watched some videos that said some worms are good and some are bad and the bad ones are very hard to get rid of. can anyone tell if these are good or bad? if bad what should i do. thanks.

I think those are bad... I was just reading about aquarium pests and the red one looks to me like a "fire worm". Hopefully someone here will chime in and give you more of a certain answer.

Yeah "Tweezers" and not "fangers"! You will find out quick why they r called bristle and fire worms! Had several in a ball of Chaeto unbeknost to me and wow!

thank you guys. i found it eating my somehow dead eel. thought they were like decomposers or something. how do you know they are all gone and what exactly do they do to your tank.

Just check from time to time. But there are traps that you can buy.

Edit: Also I too have a question. Will my coral banded shrimp eat a dead lemon peeling my tank.

Or big a wrassee. My wrassees take care of any worms crawling out in the open

Edit: Buy not big

They are a good part of the clean up crew. If you have a bunch, you are over feeding the tank. As for eating the dead eel they are doing what they are supposed to do.
