I had both in the past, to me the Xmas island were brighter in color most notably around the tail it's more orange/red in color than just yellow. The Red Sea ones are very close in this bright coloring and has the orange in the tail also. Price for both are higher than the indo ones. Now that's been several years ago. Hope that helps.
