I'm looking to upgrade from my jbj 12. And I have 2 options but I've not heard back from the first. So my second is this
a>. it has 2 corallife 36 dual lamps. But I will be upgrading to some leds. I got it down to $350 what's your opinion

Yes, rock, pumps the works. It's a lady who's husband had it. And for some reason she has it by herself . Said she tried to keep it up for her boys but cant.

It's just a 65 gallon, why so expensive? I had sold my 150 gallons for about $350. I meant, its nothing fancy there that it could put the price that high IMO, I have seen a lot of nice tanks going and going for sale in the Drygoods forums, and I'm talking about some nice tanks! Just give a look on the one that "Thinmanunited" had for sale! Amazing acrylic tank, built by MRC and at a crazy price for the value of the tank!
Anyway I would say that invest on something you like and fit your liking, something that you won't make you feel dissatisfied down the road and make you feel enjoyable this hobbie

Not a bad deal, but around metro ATL, it would be $300 right now. Or split up. Whole setups bring half what split up would.

I love how they say "...price is firm but will consider offers".

Sounds like it's a lady that for one reason or another, doesn't have her husband anymore. I wouldn't try to "beat her down" too much.

I wasn't calling you an Ike Turner impersonator  . I just personally have a hard time haggling with people that have fallen on hard times. I could be reading too much into it though.

Lol, yeah I got the first down to $700 and contacted second option and turned it down politely. But I did offer to buy liverock.
