zoanthid problems

My zoos have been pushing into my brain coral and everything else with speed and ferocity, and is now touching the brain.

I know these things come with poison, and is best if i don't just mush them with my figers trying to save the poor brain, but even if i do, they'll grow back again. Any way i can just transfer them onto a rock or something and move them without having to kill anyone?

I use stainless steel forceps from Radio Shack to pick them off the area I don't want them. Works for shrooms too. Just grab them as low as you can and pull off as much of the polyp or shroom as you can. Put the removed items in another tank with low flow and some rubble and you will have instant frags for trading. Rinse and dry the "stainless steel" forceps as they will rust.
