Zoas Hermits?

Im just a posting fool today!

I got some more red leg hermits at the meeting (Thanks TIM!!!) and noticed one of them on my Zoa colony (over 100 heads) this morning crawling all over them. I didnt notice any damage persay but not sure that the hermit should be crawling all over them...thoughts?

They'll be fine. You'll just see them close up for a few minutes, but there won't be any damage. My crabs climb all over my zoas.

Should be just fine. My snails and crabs go over my colonies and they are fine in a few hours.

whew....thought i was gonna have to kick some hermit butt. Thanks guys

Echoing what everyone else said. The hermits are just hungry and looking for goodies between the polyps.
