1/4 Prime (current) chiller serviceable?

I noticed my chiller is not doing as much cooling as it used to. So my question is, is it serviceable. I opened it up to see if it has any service port for refrigerant, however I can't find any. So I am thinking it might be a seal system like some of today's refrigerator.

So if anyone who has experiences in chiller, what do you suggest?

Did you try cleaning it by running a 50/50 mix of vinigar and water through it for half a day? Maybe the cooling coil is covered in calcium or other gunk...

Its only been used for about 1 yr. I have looked inside the inlets (in and out) and they don't look like they have much buildup or any at all.
