Well he kept “coming up short” on 1 of the fish I had on the order for 3 weeks, kept telling me he was getting another one each week, then ultimately requesting we switch it to another fish.. then this delay. I’ve got the fish that died refunded so far, but saying no on the shipping refund. Call me Karen, but I paid him to pay for overnight, if UPS refunds failed postage I can’t fight them for the refund, he’ll have to - regardless of if UPS has loopholes. I even offered to take 75% of the shipping, so he could recoup shipping supplies expenses. For all I know he got refunded postage, maybe even a claim..i have ordered many many times from ny aquatic, they have always done me right with doa, delays, etc...
This is cut ties with NYA for me. How they handle the shipping refund is whether or not is whether I deter others from using them whenever they pop up. P.s. I’ve spent $2k+ with them.
