Does anyone have any idea / pics on how to put 2 10g tanks together one for sump and the other for a fuge/ frags tank. I really wanna see a pic just to see if anyone has done this before.
I don't have pics but I use a 10g for a fuge. I have it on a 1 foot tall stand I built and drilled a single 1 1/2 bulkhead drilled in the side and use gravity to take water to the sump. This fuge just runs off the return line from my tank.
I started to do this one time. The problem I found is with the common ten gallon the glass is kinda thin and kept cracking once the bulkhead was on. You could do the same with a 20 long with proper baffles.

I have a 10G drilled in both corners which i custom ordred from Glass Cages a while back. Has much thicker glass then the standard 10G tanks. I'm not using it at the moment and would be willing to sell it. $45...let me know if you're interested.
