cool!

Keep us posted. The build planning can be the most fun part.

I bought it from another member Exodas. It can be purchased from http://www.marinedepot.com/Mr._Aqua_Cube_Frameless_Glass_Aquarium_Tank_Cube-Mr._Aqua-AZ1133-FIAQRC-4-vi.html">http://www.marinedepot.com/Mr._Aqua_Cube_Frameless_Glass_Aquarium_Tank_Cube-Mr._Aqua-AZ1133-FIAQRC-4-vi.html</a>

or a nicer version can be purchased from ADA but considerably more expensive, they are assembled by hand in japan. I have owned a couple of them, they are very nice indeed but this seems to be nice as well and much better price

Just ordered my sand Caribsea special grade reef sand and 2 current powerbrite modules, 1 power and 1 linking. Pics to follow

Are the powerbrites for primary lighting? I tried a set of older ones and they gave a spot light effect due to the spacing between the bulbs, are they making better ones now?

I just bought a 15x10x10 rimless :) I'm probably going to do some/a par38 on it.
@ amici they have a really cool lamp on ebay that clips on to the tank.
I'm thinkng about gettin one myself :) maybe you should think about it too ace.

Its just the lamp not the bulb, he has some bulbs for sale too but, they look like junk when turned on...

Looks like a pretty standard socket for reptiles, only with the shround/reflector removed.

exactly, you shouldnt run those bulbs with a shield because it gets too hot, and its clip on so you dont clutter up the all glass view

Not really, its the first im going to mess with leds.... heard the weigh about a pound. So maybe not the best? lol

Guys move this convo to PM lol, yes using the powerbrites for primary hopefully 2 strips slightly raised with spread somewhat well.
