Hello all,

I am in the process of setting up my 14 gallon biocube. It is an oceanic biocube i have had for years. While performing a functionality check, one of the lights does not work.

The problem is that it is not the lightbulb that isn't working. It is bad wiring in the hood. I am wondering what to do. I have no background in electrical work and am clueless. Would my best option be to purchase a complete new hood?

Thanks,

Benjamin

While I haven't had experience with biocubes, I would recommend replacing the hood with a different light that would better grow coral.

I don't like the lights that come with the cubes

I recently upgraded my oceanic biocube 14 to LED. I've got all of the original guts if you need parts. Let me know.
