180 Peninsula Build

Getting closer. Need to hook up the ATO and RODI system. Waiting on the sump to get back from Chris' shop. Plumbing and lighting pretty much done. Still need to hook the Koralias and Vortech MP40 up to the controller. Will post more pictures and specs when I get water in the thing. Been a long time coming.

Nice build with all the plumbing you have there. Were you the one with the sump cracking at some point? I love to have a peninsula set up some day in the future too.

Yep, that was me with the cracked sump. I made it out of a non RR 70 gallon so I am just getting another one drilled and I will put the baffles, etc back into it and hopefully be good to go.

All the better to hide the under gravel filter. It should settle out to be about 3" all the way around once I get water in there. There isnt much under the base rock so a lot should move under there. That is the plan.
