180 Peninsula

Does any manufacturer make an "off the shelf" peninsula style reef tank? If not has anybody used a dual overflow tank and removed the dual overflows, sealed the holes on the bottom and drilled the one side? Would love to know if that's something that doable or dont mess with it.

Redsea makes ones. Can't remember how many gallons it is though.

I saw that one and i aslo saw water box makes one. Maybe somebody who has experience with either one can weigh in

Red Sea only goes to 60” in their peninsula but waterbox goes to 72”. I have the p500 which is 48”, great entry level tank that works nicely.

My current 210 use to be duel but the previous owner plugged them up. I bought it and drilled 2 holes on one panel to make it a peninsula. Easily done as long as the glass is not tempered.

Silent death I appreciate that. I'm thinking that's what I may have to do. Just wondering if it's been done.
