1st gen bubble king? what's that MEAN?

I found a used bubble king (1st gen) that is a few years old. it is the 200 mod.

anyone know what the difference in 1st gen and THIS gen is ?

also, assuming the skimmer is in very good condition, what should I offer for a BK 200 1st gen?
