2 ATO reservoirs and RODI

Has anyone split the output from the RODI unit into two reservoirs? i have float valve on each of the reservoirs (5gal and 40gal) but i don't know if this is going to work.

Mine goes to the 100 gallon rodi tank and also to a rodi container in the garage and one upstairs. The upstairs doesn't fill until the lower ones are full.

It won't be an issue in general, but the scenario above illustrates the point, that the container with the least back pressure will fill first.
