I set up a nanocube 29 about two months ago. It's a reef with two ocellaris clowns (still small, ~2"), one cleaner shrimp, and one blood shrimp.
The tank went through it's algae bloom and is done cycling, now I want to add more fish. I bought a fiji damsel yesterday and it's in QT. I read that fiji damsels are actually two very similar species. Mine is a female Chrysiptera taupou, which is supposed to be less aggressive than most damsels.
The damsel is bigger than the clowns. Has anyone had experience with this combination. Will they be ok? Today I noticed the damsel dug into two corners of the sandbed in the QT tank. Is it going to do that all the time in my cube?
After the damsel is established, I wanted to introduce a very small sixline wrasee. (last fish in the tank, and i'll find one that's the same size or smaller than the clowns.)
Will these four fish get along in a 29 gallon tank with a lot of liverock and hiding spaces?
Thanks :fish:
