24 retrofit kit

I am looking for a 24 in retrofit kit for T5s.
where would yall recommend getting one from and what all do I need?
-waterproof endcaps
-light clips
-ballast
-reflectors
is there anything else besides the ballast that I need to plug in the fixture? like do they normally come with the ballast or is that another wiring part that I need
I have always bought fixtures so I am new to the retrofit.

I have a bunch of T5 retro stuff. Some new some used a little. With Icecap 660 ballest, about 10 new bulbs, new and used reflectors, end caps new and used, stand offs... etc everything you need. If you are interested in it all I will make you a deal.
