My new 240G Glass Cages 240g 72"x24"x31" is leaking looking for replacement ASAP.

210, 240, etc but want 72x24 reef ready due to me wanting to keep my current Mahagony stand.

Prefer to pick up something tomorrow.

thx,

Mike

Mike. I have a 55 gallon stock tank if you want to borrow it to hold a few things till you find a tank.

Wow.... wish we could help out with a big tank. We do have another 55 that you're welcome to if you need temp accomodations for anything. JLMK. Good luck!

It is leaking front and center in the seem. Simon has already been over. Appears to have been patched at some point. Center of front glass is bowed quite a bit and we have put a 2x4 with clamps to keep it from giving way.

I have taken out much of my LR and dropped the level in half and the leak has slowed quite a bit. Appears touch up of silicone is not going to do it. Complete tear down is in my future.

Just when I was getting it right where I wanted it.

$%^&* it.

Mike I didn't hear Simon's call late last night (was out like a light).

I might be able to tank your stuff until you can get a replacement. I'll be at the store in ~20 mins... call if you need me (the guys are out today)... I have trash cans etc., bags/boxes....

Thinking about having a tank made. Looking for temp settup to buy or borrow 90g (or larger) reef ready would be great.

My 225 isn't leak tested (yet) and the 90 is full w water and rocks (more to come tomorrow) - let me know before livestock suffers and we will find a solution.

Update: A huge thanks to SIMON for helping me move out the old GC's 240 and set the new All-Glass 210. I am working on plumbing this am.

If anyone wants to help with the aquascaping this afternoon I would appreciate it. A second set of eyes (and hands) would be helpful.

Fortunately, I have the 20g setup in-line that I could move the fish to temporarily circulating with the 100g rubbermaid sump with all my LR. Corals are in a seperate rubbermaid resting with powerhead and heater.

Again if anyone could spare and hour or two this afternoon give me a call. I will be working on the tank in-between frequent trips to Home depot..hehe.

Well spent the entire weekend working on it but the new system is up and running...corals and fish looked happy this am. My back is killing me.

thanks to all that responded and helped out.

Either way I've heard nothing but bad things about GC. Everything from buildout timeframes, to shipping, to leaks. There is no way I would get one of there aquariums.

Glad you got into a new setup. I wish I would have seen this earlier but been sick the last few days so haven't been reading all the threads. I would have stopped by and helped out if I had seen it and was healthy.
