So,

I picked up this really neat AquaMedic MH fixture today and can't decide what I should put over my 55gal frag tank.
The T5 selection sure brings out better colors - but doesn't the MH rock the boat as far as PAR goes?

Too bad I can use only one of them, or I would need another 55gal tank, LOL

+1 for MH... You could also add 2 T5's with reflectors to change the color a little and use them for dusk and dawn...

That's what I did,
added another 55 to my collection - I am thinking AOWLR tank (Anemone Only With Live Rock) LOL
