30 gallon build (upgrade from 10!)

Sharp looking tank man. Just got rid of my 125 due to moving into another home and no real room for it, but I want to start a 30 gallon cube. You make it hard to follow up with such a nice tank. Congratulations on your new home as well.

Any new pics? I almost got this tank instead of the one i have now i would love to see more.

Here is a picture I just took last week, I switched out the LED's for some new T5's, so this is with all 6 bulbs on. The LED's were just too bright and bleached a lot of my corals, so now they are recovering. Also changed up the rockscape a little, still not 100% happy though.

Having a little bout with red slime atm, so sorry in advance.

Yea, it looks much better in person. This is a cell phone pic, and most of the previous ones have been as well. I just got a Nikon D60 though, so I should be able to take some nicer pics now. Planning on doing that when I get my stupid cyano problem taken care of.

You tank looks awesome. I like the look of the 30gallon square. About a month ago I hung a 70W metal halide fixture from a wall the same way you had your LED lights mounted and have had no complaints about it.

Tanks are like children. Take a lot of pics now because there is no perfect time. Before you no it they are gone. Well ok then they come back with boyfriends or husbands but you get my point. LOL

Its looking good i have the same problem with my leds but i have a lot more watts on mine i may go the same way you did and just get t5s keep us up on the pics like rdnelson99 said i miss my 120 a lot and wish i took more pics.

Ok, I give in to the peer pressure. Here are some photos from this afternoon with the good camera.

Edit: Also, I dont know if anyone noticed. But I have an extreme abundance of those feather dusters in there. They are popping up everywhere, and I dont even feed that much!

Not sure if its a bad thing, but I figure they help filter the water, lol.

Nice pictures. ..You got the hang of the new camera fast..Tank looks great...coming along nice.
