Fiday I picked up 8 Large AquaRoche pieces from Aquarium Specialty.

This tank will not be official set up until I move 6 months down the road. I just couldn't wait to see the possibilites so I threw it in for a quick presentation. I still need to get 20-30 more shelf rock to finish the look but here ya go.

It certainly looks unique!!!

I always struggle with my aquascape to have enough horizontal places to place corals. This rock definitely takes that issue out of the equation.

When you mention the future purchase of shelf rock, is this something that will bridge</em> several of the structures together?

I like it, the only thing IMO that would make it better is if you could get some bridge type rocks to attack some of the towers to each other.

whoa dude, you def have a gift for aquascaping bro I love it, I like the bridge idea mentioned above too.

Bridging is specifically why I didn't buy all the shelf rock at once. I needed to see the setup and proximity to one another before I bought them. These pieces are ridiculously expensive! Buying one piece wrong will make you beat your head against the wall.

Yea I was looking at them and my jaw dropped at the price. If you are not setting this up soon then why not just do some DIY rock? It would have been fully cured and ready to use at maybe a 10th of the price.
