This is a system that I am doing the construction/plumbing on . It is going in a very nice Condo (21st floor) located in midtown. The tank and filtration system is replacing an existing bathroom. The DT tank is approximately 450 gallons and is 1.25" acrylic with 6" radius corners. I have demoed the bathroom and will post pics as the job progresses. This is a reef tank BTW.

He has agreed to that upfront. Nice guy to work with so far.

I would bet there is some electrical work that needs to be done. :-) hehehehe

FINALLY!!! City of Atlanta is very through. I'll leave it at that.
We had the original structural engineer of the building calculate the floors capacity and approve with seal. Believe it or not some residential wood floors have a higher live load than some concrete high rise floor systems. The walls that we are moving are only partition walls which is the case in most of these type buildings.

Edit:

Believe it or not we just had to move one switch and receptacle about 8" to the left.
