65 gal LPS tank

I am thinking of moving my 45 gal into a 65. I have a few SPS that I will prob get rid of and a few LPS that I want to keep. I also have 2 monti caps that I would like to keep. I have a 36 in nova extreme (4 x 39w) will that be enough to keep things like, rics, frogspawn, torch, hamers, bubbles, and maybe acans one day? I am hoping to have alot of LPS and one or two SPS near the top

If you can take some par readings with the club's meter you'll have a better idea if your lighting will be sufficient or not. If I had to guess though I'd imagine it would be just fine.

will a little bit bluer lighting help them color up. I was thinking of doing 2 actinic and maybe 2 blue plus or some. maybe 3 actinic and one 10k?
