A big shout out to Pinpoint Marine

I had an issue Sunday with my Pinpoint Marine Co2 regulator (I absolutely love it).  The Co2 wasnt passing through the regulator into my Calcium reactor.  So I sent an email to Pinpoint Marine asking for assistance.  Within minutes the owner called me (keep in mind its Sunday morning) with a solution to fix the calcium buildup in the small tube leaving the bubble vial and passing through to the reactor.  Luke suggested I inject lemon juice into both ends and let it soak.  Within several hours the blockage was cleared and I just needed to clean it with RO water.  Now thats going above and beyond what we consider normal customer service online.  Thank you Luke.  You have a customer for life!
