A spotted clown?

Saw this fish at a local Pet store in PA this weekend and it blew my mind. I have never seen a fish that looked like this. Anybody ever come across one or have a true name for it?

That's a harlequin sweetlips (juvenile). It changes colors when it get's older (it's also less appealing as it gets older, IMO) and requires a bigger tank!
