Acan question

Just curious...I have an australian acan that is reddish brown. In the past week a brownish "bubble" (for lack of a better word) came up on the back side of the plug and it stands up above the acan. I was able to remove it but now one has come back in its place. Anyone have any ideas what it may be? Hard to get a decent pic of this.

I'm not quite sure that it is. It looks like a "fleshy" version of the acan. Not like typical bubble algae. It's really strange. The color is the same as the acan itself.

CYANO! Happens to me too. I cut back on feeding a little and it seems to be going bye-bye. New plugs and freshly cut frags are more prone to getting it.
